Issue

Firefox is having problems with certain web sites

Description

Weblogsinc.com websites like joystiq, autoblog, engadget, downloadsquad, etc, all load on basic HTML. Meaning that the only graphics I see are the pictures belonging to the articles. When I open a page all I see is a white background and a list of links then articles, everything is lined up on the left of the screen. When I open any of this pages on a different browser (I tried Opera, IE, Safari) they open the way it should look. I cleared the history, cookies and cache, it still doesn't fix it, also the page style is set to "Basic page style". I cleared all the blocked pages in Adblock Plus and still didn't help.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If you use extensions like Adblock Plus or NoScript or Flashblock that can block content then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.
You can see the installed Firefox extensions in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions.

You can start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
